Customer service really makes a big difference! Even if you like their products/services but you talk to naive and sometimes rude people who are clueless with what they are doing, you tend to get discouraged with the company.

Filing a complaint is the best thing to do. So, the upper management would also know on whats going on. They would provide feedback on those people who are not doing their job. Or, for example, at the on set of experiencing such bad customer service, the best thing to do is ask for a manager. If the manager is the same, go for the higher ones. It sometimes takes time but it pays off a lot. Thanks!
