Consumers say AT&T still sucks the most

Consumers say ATT still sucks the mostFor the third year running, Consumer Reports readers have ranked ATT the worst of the big four networks. But customers are growing less satisfied across the board.

Each year Verizon puts together ratings based on feedback from 63,000 subscribers, expressed as a score out of 100. The score covers a range of factors including voice call quality, data service quality and customer service.

The precise scores are under wraps unless you subscribe to the magazine, but Verizon tops the big four, followed by Sprint and then T-Mobile. However, several smaller networks including Consumer Cellular, Credo Mobile and US Cellular did better than the big boys. Consumer Cellular actually uses ATT’s network to provide service, which shows how much pricing and customer service can affect satisfaction.
