AT&T (Aggravatingly Terrible Telephones) Worst in Nation

Consumer Reports has released its annual ranking of the best and worst cell phone carriers in the nation, and the results may surprise you!

Consumer Reports has completed its annual ranking of the nation’s best worst cellphone carriers after evaluating responses from 63,000 readers and (surprise, surprise) ATT is terrible.

For the second year in a row the company received the lowest marks from consumers who evaluated their cell phone carrier’s performance in voice, text messaging, and data services. In contrast, Verizon Wireless snagged the top spot once again after receiving the highest marks out of the four major cell phone carriers, followed by Sprint T-Mobile with ATT bringing up the rear.

While these results are, for the most part, predictable, there were some surprises.
