Whether the customer service at my cable company is more horrendous than at my furniture store depends on the day. The height of horrible customer service on the cable company’s part had to be when the retention rep tried discouraging me from canceling my service prior to getting married “just in case” The Husband and I didn’t make it to the altar. Despite the warning, I have a spouse and HBO in one place.
