Birdie In The Tree: Advertising The Problem Equals Problem Solver

I am assuming ATT is aware of their poor brand
image, yet in any of their advertising do I see ATT trying to communicate
with their customers and future customers that they have great customer
service. Does the company not want to portray they have a problem and that they
are working on solving it, or is that a “faux pas” in the advertising world.
