I continue to be amazed at the unbelievably abysmal customer service ATT provides. We pay around $500 a month for all of our services through ATT. This past Saturday, we upgraded our phones to the new iPhone 5. I have been keeping mine in the box when traveling to avoid any accidents. The cases came in today and my son, Ryan, was putting mine on when he noticed the screen of the phone was bowed up on one side. You can actually see a band of light from the side. We take the phone and paperwork up to the local ATT store on Mid Rivers Mall Drive where I was told once it leaves the store, there is nothing they can do. Our technician should have inspected it at the store for any defects. This would be the same technician who tried
