ATT SUCKS

Just a little thing isn’t it? Take Care Of Your Golden Goose. Oh, I was in the store for 20 minutes. I was never acknowledged nor the other three people waiting for the one rep’s time. And if the other three would have as much time as this couple was having, I would be there for over an hour just to ask a question. That’s no way to run a business. I just wanted to know what info I needed to be able to come back with correct information because I need to make a change in my account. I don’t want to have to run back to my home to my computer remember all my passwords ect. And all the time, there are probably 50,000,000 customers paying a minimum of $70 a month. That’s a gob of income. Customer service ATT.
