I have begun the transition from Sprint to ATT because I can’t take being on the slowest 3g network in the USA in every city I travel to.
To open an account and port a single phone number has taken me a minimum of 10 different calls to customer service and 5 hours on the phone. When Sprint was at it’s lowest point with customer service 5-8 years ago, ATT customer service is worse than that.
I only hope I don’t need to call them very often once all my lines are ported. I can’t wait to experience Lte service on my Iphone. Saying goodbye to Sprint, my unlimited data plan which was totally useless, and the 3g network one phone at a time.
